The Frog is an iPad app I designed for my two year old in 2012. In the game, the player can control a frog's tongue and eat bugs.

The game has no points nor levels. Instead, The Frog is modeless. This is useful because it makes the game easier to understand and because it avoids menus. I also paid careful attention to how the tongue is activated by touch. An infant can either tap or drag their finger across the screen to see the tongue reach out and retract when it makes contact with a bug. Overall, this game has around 500 downloads on the public ios App Store.

2012 was the last time one could download this for an iPad. You can see a Reddit thread from then.
